CoachPad is an online community where top football coaches from all over the world meet and interact with players from different nationalities. We believe that communication is critical to the 21st century and it is possible to affordably create a specific one to one solution for every coach to meet talented players. That's why we created this community cluster for coaches to interview, assess and recruit the best players from different continents.

We believe that football is a great deal like life in that it teaches that work, sacrifice, perseverance, competitive drive, selflessness and respect for authority is the price that each and every one of us must pay to achieve any goal that is worthwhile.

As a Community Interest Company, our aim is to create an atmosphere where club coaches can engage with the people of different football background (irrespective of colour, creed, age, gender, ability), to provide inclusive sports based initiatives which promote positive lifestyle choices and to promote a positive, safe and non-competitive environment to play and enjoy development football. This community was developed to helps highly skilled players to achieve their goals through sport, providing high quality sporting career for players aswell.
